Greenalia’s Code of Conduct contains the values, general principles and behavioral guidelines that govern our organization and serve as a guide for our people and others subject to its content.
In order to enforce our compliance policies and that of the other ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) policies included in our Green Book, we make our Ethics & Compliance Channel available to anyone who, in the context of his/her relationship with Greenalia comes know of any contravention to any of the following: our Code of Conduct, other rules of our Compliance Program and/or the applicable regulatory framework.
The Channel can also be used to submit complaints, claims, doubts about the Regulatory Compliance Program and other suggestions. All of this contributes to creating a true culture of compliance that helps us to develop our business project with transparency and above good governance standards.
