The general shareholders meeting of Greenalia S.A. has approved the selection of EY as the auditor of Greenalia S.A., Greenalia Forest, S.L. and the group consolidated accounts, for the next three years. PwC had been the auditor of the group since its constitution\u00a0in 2014 and of the company Greenalia Forest S.L. since 2013.<\/p>\n

Among the criteria considered for this decision, stands out the experience of EY as a reference auditor in the sectors where the company carries out its activity.<\/p>\n

Greenalia S.A. and Greenalia Forest S.L. confirm their commitment to have a top-level company (bigfour<\/em>) as the auditor of their accounts. This decision is part of the company\u2019s strategy to improve transparency towards its customers, shareholders, financial entities and other interested parties.
