Greenalia reaffirms its collaboration with the Club Basquet Coru\u00f1a, by the financing, for a third consecutive year, of twenty training scholarships for children at exclusion risk. Through this initiative, the renewable energy producer will fund training expenses (registration, equipment, and fees) for these students.<\/p>\n
With this initiative, Greenalia, through its Foundation for the Energy Transition, wants to continue to do its part to support socio-educational and social inclusion plans in the areas where it operates and sports has an important integrating aspect. This has been ratified by the Director of Sustainability and Corporate Development, Beatriz Mato, and the Vice-President of the entity, Juan Carlos Fern\u00e1ndez Herrero.<\/p>\n

With around 700 children between its own and external schools, Basquet Coru\u00f1a is the largest basketball academy in Galicia. A sporting practice that the club complements with numerous activities, always within a framework of social awareness towards the values of sport and healthy habits.<\/p>\n Greenalia, based in A Coru\u00f1a and active in Europe and the USA, is an independent producer of energy exclusively with renewable technologies.
