Greenalia\u2019s Code of Conduct<\/em>\u00a0contains the values, general principles and behavioral guidelines that govern our organization and serve as a guide for our people and others subject to its content.<\/p>\n

In order to enforce our compliance policies and that of the other ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) policies included in our\u00a0Green Book<\/em>, we make our\u00a0Ethics & Compliance Channel<\/em>\u00a0available to anyone who, in the context of his\/her relationship with Greenalia comes know of any contravention to any of the following: our Code of Conduct, other rules of our Compliance Program and\/or the applicable regulatory framework.<\/p>\n

The Channel can also be used to submit complaints, claims, doubts about the Regulatory Compliance Program and other suggestions. All of this contributes to creating a true culture of compliance that helps us to develop our business project with transparency and above good governance standards.<\/p>\n
