La ampliaci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo a trav\u00e9s de la emisi\u00f3n de 1.477.822 nuevas acciones de 0,02\u20ac de valor nominal cada una de ellas y con una prima de emisi\u00f3n por acci\u00f3n de 2,01\u20ac (importe de 2.970.422,22\u20ac). La ampliaci\u00f3n fue suscrita por 23 accionistas minoritarios representando un porcentaje en la Sociedad de 6,96%, ninguno de ellos con participaci\u00f3n superior al 5%.<\/p>\n<p>A su vez, en el mismo acto con fecha 17 de noviembre de 2017, Greenalia, S.A. compra para su autocartera, 367.545 acciones a \u201cNoroeste Inversi\u00f3n Y Desarrollo, S.L.U., por un importe de 746.118\u20ac, que se satisfacen mediante la compensaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito que a favor de Greenalia, S.A. (derivado del contrato del pr\u00e9stamo con fecha 27 de marzo de 2017 que esta entidad mercantil otorg\u00f3 a favor de \u201cNoroeste Inversi\u00f3n Y Desarrollo, S.L.U.).<\/p>\n<p>Tras la \u00faltima operaci\u00f3n de ampliaci\u00f3n de capital de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y la compensaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito anteriormente descrito para constituir autocartera, el capital social
