SUPERVISORY BOARD
We have a Compliance Committee that works to ensure that all our activities are aligned with ethics and legality. This committee is responsible for implementing the Compliance Program, investigating possible non-compliance, managing queries through the whistleblower channel and planning training for our team. It is also responsible for reporting to Greenalia’s Audit Committee, evaluating the effectiveness of the measures adopted and proposing continuous improvements.

RESPONSIBLE CHANNEL
Greenalia offers a Responsible Channel, an online tool that allows employees and third parties to report concerns or non-compliance in a confidential and, if they wish, anonymous manner. This channel is managed by an external company to ensure impartiality and confidentiality.
